Can you help me buy, or only arrange shipping?
We can help with both. Tell us what you are looking for, and we can help find suppliers, compare suitable options, coordinate the purchase and arrange freight. You do not need to find the product yourself first.
What should I send in my first message?
A product name, photo, shop link or short description is enough to start. Share the quantity and destination if you know them. If you already have an Alibaba or AliExpress supplier, send the link and tell us what help you need. We will work through the rest together.
Can you help with a small or one-off purchase?
Tell us the item and the quantity you have in mind. Supplier minimums and freight costs vary, so we will help check whether there is a practical option before you decide.
Costs and delivery
How much will it cost to get my goods to Guyana?
The total depends on the product, quantity, package size, weight and shipping method. We will help you understand the quotation and clarify which shipping costs, duties and local charges are included or still need checking.
How long does sourcing and shipping take?
Ready-stock and made-to-order products have different lead times, and air and sea freight take different routes. Tell us when you need the goods. We will review the options and expected timing with you before you commit.
Can you combine goods from different suppliers?
We can review a combined shipment with you. Share the items or supplier links, and we can check collection, packing and freight options. Some goods need separate handling; we will explain what works for your request.

How do I get an update on an existing order?
Send us a WhatsApp message with your name and any order or tracking reference you have. Our team can check with the supplier or shipping team and share the latest available update.
What if an item is missing, damaged or different?
Please message us with a photo and a short description of what happened. Keep the packaging and any labels for now. We will help review the details and follow up with the relevant supplier or shipping team.
