Form handling
Form submissions may be handled through Netlify Forms, stored in Netlify's form dashboard, and delivered by email to the NicNacs team.
Website source and interaction data
NicNacs may use Google Analytics and first-party website events to record basic interaction details such as pages viewed, approximate country, device type, the page where an inquiry started, WhatsApp routing clicks, contact clicks, referring page, and campaign parameters. This helps the team understand which pages and channels create useful business inquiries. Internal test sessions are excluded where they are identified.
