Verified multi-package delivery
Hino Parts Delivered to Guyana in Four Packages.
Three packages reached the customer in Guyana first. NicNacs kept following the last outstanding piece until the customer confirmed that all four had been received.
The story
A shipment is not complete while one package is still missing.
When an order travels in several packages, each piece may follow a different delivery path. Most of the shipment can arrive while one package still needs attention.
In March 2026, NicNacs recorded an order involving parts for Hino Ranger and Hino 300 (Dutro) commercial vehicles, including a Hino 300 diesel pump. The shipment moved from China to Guyana by airfreight in four packages and was followed through to the customer's final receipt confirmation.

Delivery in progress
Three arrived. One still needed follow-up.
On 14 April, the carrier attempted delivery and NicNacs asked the customer to contact FedEx. The customer reported that three packages had been delivered and that they were waiting for the fourth.
NicNacs continued the follow-up and explained that contacting the carrier was important to help prevent the goods from being returned and avoid additional return charges.
“Hi there the delivered 3 packages and waiting on the 4th package”
Delivery confirmed
The fourth piece arrived.
NicNacs checked again on 15 April. The customer confirmed that the final piece had arrived the previous day, completing the four-package delivery.
The customer later added that they would continue doing business with NicNacs.
“Good morning I received the 4th piece yesterday thank u”
What this case shows
Follow-through matters most when a delivery arrives in stages.
A tracking number alone does not resolve an outstanding package. The customer needs a clear status, timely guidance on any carrier action, and follow-up until the last piece is accounted for.
- 01Keep every package visible
- 02Identify the outstanding piece
- 03Explain the carrier action needed
- 04Follow through to final receipt
